Mikie is local-first by design. Repos are indexed and context packets are built on your machine — your source code is never uploaded to build context.

The measurement ledger records tokens, cost, cache hits, retries, and task outcomes. It never stores your raw source or model responses. You can export or delete your measurement history at any time.
